The challenge
The business was running on shared spreadsheets and endless chat threads. Requests got lost, approvals happened verbally, and month-end reporting meant days of copy-paste. Off-the-shelf tools forced workflows the team didn't have — what they needed was software shaped around how they actually work.

How we did it
We mapped the team's real workflow first — who asks, who approves, what gets recorded — then built exactly that in Laravel and Livewire. No feature landed without a person who needed it. Data migrated from the old spreadsheets in one weekend, and the team switched over on a Monday morning without losing a single record.
